About the Role:



To lead a self-directed, multi-functional team to efficiently process and pack seafood products (shrimp, salmon, and multi-species fish) in accordance with company specifications, production targets, and food safety standards, ensuring product quality, yield, and operational efficiency within management performance parameters.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Direct and coordinate team members to achieve daily seafood production targets according to product specifications and quality standards
  • Provide on-the-job training and coaching to ensure all employees perform their tasks safely, efficiently, and in compliance with SOPs and food safety requirements
  • Oversee seafood processing activities including cutting, trimming, glazing, grading, and packing to ensure adherence to yield and quality targets.
  • Review production plans with the Planning Department to guarantee product availability according to schedules.
  • Maximize service to internal customers by ensuring the right product is delivered at the right time and specification
  • Ensure all seafood products meet company quality and safety standards.



Qualifications & Experience:



  • Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Fish Processing, or related field.
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in a similar role within a seafood or food processing environment
  • Knowledge in HACCP, ISO, and GMP standards
  • Excellent communication skills English / Arabic
