Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing video and photo shoots.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing, events, and internal communications.
- Edit videos using industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Perform basic color correction, audio enhancement, and motion graphics as needed.
- Organize, manage, and archive media files and production assets.
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications teams to produce engaging content.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Stay up to date with content creation trends and recommend creative ideas.
- Support other production-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Media, Film Production, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and video editing.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or DaVinci Resolve.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
