Job Description

• Proceeding the SAP confirmation according to the corporate norm 03.8.001
• Evaluate the packaging consumption, ensure the correct consumption of this material in SAP
• Evaluate and solve all COGI issues for direct materials materials
• Check in a daily basis the inventory variation between SAP and physical production stock
• Follow the Corporate Norms 03.11.008 and 03.11.034 for Inventory & inventory management
• Maintain very well organized in a specific file, all data about production record and consumption of the materials
• Request and maintain the Anomaly Report for all losses and inventory adjustments
• Adhere to BRF Food safety policy and practices
• Send daily the finished goods production information to factory stakeholders
• Perform the finished goods reconciliation in SAP x actual received from warehouse team
• Correction in SAP transaction MSC2N the date of production x shelf life of finished goods
• Innova (or any other tracebality system implemented in the factory) validation of elaborated used x SAP entry
• SAP reversal and manual entry consumption for coating & elaborated used on the actual record
• Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
  
  
  

Academic Background

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related areas is desirable
