We are a lighting company based in Saudi Arabia hiring a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator.

This role requires strong hands-on experience in procurement operations, logistics coordination, and exposure to finance-related processes within a trading or logistics environment.

The position is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, and ensuring accurate alignment between procurement, warehouse, operations, and finance functions, including PO–Goods Receipt–Invoice matching.

The role requires strong ERP experience (Odoo 18), solid Excel skills, and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full procurement cycle from sourcing to delivery confirmation
  • Evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery performance
  • Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company procedures
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors
  • Maintain accurate procurement and supplier records
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
  • Coordinate import/export shipments with freight forwarders and customs brokers
  • Track shipments and communicate delivery updates to internal teams
  • Handle import/export documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Manage warehouse coordination and stock movement
  • Resolve supply, delivery, and quality issues
  • Maintain shipment, logistics, and cost records
  • Support finance in PO–GR–Invoice matching and validation
  • Work closely with finance, operations, and warehouse teams

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement and/or logistics coordination (mandatory)
  • Strong experience with ERP systems (Odoo 18 required; Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of import/export and logistics processes (mandatory)
  • Strong Excel skills and excellent English communication (mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience in procurement cycle (POs, suppliers, delivery tracking)
  • Exposure to accounting processes (AP, invoice validation, reconciliation, costing) is a plus
  • Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia or have previous KSA experience (mandatory)
  • Experience in trading or logistics industries strongly preferred
  • Availability to join within 2–3 weeks
  • Arabic is a plus
