Process Flow Assurance Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead flow assurance studies and engineering activities for oil and gas production and transportation systems.
• Evaluate and mitigate risks related to hydrates, wax deposition, scaling, corrosion, slugging, and production constraints.
• Develop and review flow assurance models, simulations, and technical recommendations.
• Support concept selection, FEED, detailed engineering, and operational troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with process, pipeline, facilities, and operations teams to optimize system performance.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on flow assurance matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Extensive experience in flow assurance for upstream, midstream, or offshore oil and gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of multiphase flow, production chemistry, and flow assurance software.
• Proven experience in technical leadership and complex problem-solving.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
