Operations Supervisor

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operational activities, ensure efficient inventory management, maintain accurate reporting, and continuously improve operational processes. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience supervising teams, and the ability to analyze operational data to drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and SOPs.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
• Analyze operational data and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, inventory control, or warehouse supervision.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and stock control.
• Highly process-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience preparing operational reports and analyzing KPIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Inventory Management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
