بناء الخطة التنفيذية لتنمية الموارد المالية بالفرع

• المشاركة في بناء خطة الفرع التنفيذية

• حصر الاحتياجات والأدوات لتنفيذ خطة تنمية الموارد المالية

• وضع المبادرات والبرامج لتحقيق المستهدفات المالية

• قياس الخطة التنفيذية للموارد المالية بشكل ربعي

تحقيق الشراكات ذات العوائد المالية

• وضع خطة تنفيذية للشراكات المستهدفة وفق الاحتياج للفرع

• حصر الجهات المتقاطعة مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية والتنفيذية

• التنسيق والتواصل مع الجهات المستهدفة وزيارتها او استضافتها

• تنفيذ الشراكات وفق النماذج المعتمدة

• تفعيل الشراكة بطريقة صحية وقياس فعاليتها

التواصل مع رجال الاعمال والجهات لتحقيق العوائد المالية

• وضع خطة تنفيذية لاستهداف رجال الاعمال والجهات

• حصر رجال الاعمال والجهات ذات المسؤولية الاجتماعية

• التنسيق والتواصل مع رجال الاعمال والجهات وجدولة زيارتهم على مدار العام

• تعزيز العلاقة من خلال التواصل المستمر مع رجال الاعمال والجهات

• الرفع بتقارير الأثر بعد استلام الدعم ومتابعة رضا رجال الاعمال والجهات

تجويد وتحسين العلاقة مع الجهات والداعمين

• حصر رجال الاعمال والجهات ذات المسؤولية الاجتماعية وفق قاعدة بيانات واضحة

• وضح خطة مجدولة للتواصل والزيارات ورفع المشاريع والبرامج

• تنفيذ مبادرات لتعزيز العلاقات مع رجال الاعمال والجهات الداعمة

• قياس رضا الداعمين من خلال النماذج الموحدة
