ملخص الدور:

إدارة دورة الإنتاج كاملة؛ بدءاً من التخطيط المالي والميداني، وصولاً إلى الإشراف التقني على التركيبات (AV/Decor) وضمان الجودة النهائية.

نبحث عن خبير تقني وتفاوضي يمتلك خبرة في السوق السعودي في جميع اقسام التسويق والدعاية، من الفعاليات والمعارض إلى المطابع وشركات الهدايا ومجال التصوير، وقدرة استثنائية على تنفيذ المشاريع بنجاح من الفكرة إلى اللحظة الختامية.

المهام الرئيسية:

  • من التخطيط للتنفيذ: إعداد خطط الإنتاج، الميزانيات، والجداول الزمنية بدقة.
  • إدارة الميدان: الإشراف المباشر على تركيب الأجنحة، المنصات، والتقنيات (صوت/إضاءة/شاشات).
  • شبكة العلاقات: التفاوض مع الموردين وإدارة التعاقدات لضمان أفضل جودة وأنسب سعر.
  • ضبط الجودة والسلامة: التأكد من مطابقة التنفيذ للتصاميم وتطبيق معايير السلامة المهنية.
  • التقارير الذكية: متابعة التكاليف، تقليل الهدر، وتقديم تقارير أداء ختامية للتطوير المستمر.


المتطلبات الأساسية:

  • الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في سوق الفعاليات والمعارض بالرياض.
  • المعرفة الفنية: فهم عميق في أعمال الديكور، الإضاءة، والأنظمة الصوتية والمرئية.، مع مهارة قوية في البوربوينت
  • اللغة: إتقان تام للغتين العربية والإنجليزية (تحدثاً وكتابة).
  • الشخصية: قائد ميداني، بارع في التفاوض، وقادر على حل المشكلات تحت ضغط الوقت.
