  • Location: Remote (Saudi Arabia & United Arab Emirates) | Travel and Client Visits are Required.
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Level: Mid-Senior Level

About The Role

This is one of the first Deployment Strategists joining the company.

Rather than following an existing playbook, you'll help create it, owning strategic healthcare partnerships from initial conversations through long-term deployment while helping shape how the company scales across the Middle East.

What You'll Do

  • Own enterprise healthcare partnerships from discovery through long-term deployment
  • Build trusted relationships with hospital executives, health systems, and government stakeholders
  • Drive customer deployments while collaborating with engineering, product, and clinical teams
  • Support business development and strategic pursuits alongside leadership
  • Design and improve deployment methodologies, operational playbooks, and best practices
  • Solve complex operational challenges across live customer engagements
  • Take ownership of cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving startup environment

Who We're Looking For

  • 4–10 years of experience in deployment, strategy consulting, healthcare consulting, enterprise technology, operations, or customer-facing implementation roles
  • Experience deploying complex technology solutions within large, regulated organizations—healthcare experience strongly preferred
  • Strong clinical literacy and understanding of healthcare delivery models
  • Experience managing senior enterprise stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • High ownership, excellent communication, and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and building new processes from scratch
  • Based in Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates

Preferred Backgrounds

  • McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or other top-tier consulting firms
  • Healthcare or digital health consulting
  • Founder or early employee at a high-growth startup
  • Health system operator or healthcare technology leader
  • Enterprise software deployment or implementation
  • Clinical AI, HealthTech, or regulated technology environments

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Meaningful early-stage equity
  • Fully remote work with regional travel
  • Direct collaboration with experienced founders and healthcare leaders
  • Opportunity to shape deployments for one of the most ambitious AI healthcare companies globally

If you're excited to build the future of AI-powered healthcare while leading high-impact enterprise deployments across the Middle East, we'd love to hear from you...
