تعلن شركة مكعب العقارية، ومقرها مدينة جدة، عن توفر شاغر وظيفي بمسمى:


محاسب ومدخل بيانات


نبحث عن مرشح يتمتع بالدقة والكفاءة المهنية، ولديه خبرة عملية في تسجيل ومراجعة البيانات المالية والمحاسبية، مع القدرة على التعامل باحترافية مع الأنظمة المحاسبية وإعداد السجلات والتقارير اللازمة.


المهام والمسؤوليات:


* إدخال وتحديث البيانات المالية والمحاسبية بشكل دقيق ومنتظم.

* تسجيل القيود والفواتير والمصروفات والإيرادات على النظام المحاسبي.

* مراجعة البيانات والتأكد من صحتها ومطابقتها للمستندات المعتمدة.

* تنظيم وأرشفة الفواتير والمستندات والسجلات المحاسبية.

* متابعة حسابات العملاء والموردين وتحديث بياناتهم.

* المساهمة في إعداد التقارير المالية والمحاسبية الدورية.

* إجراء المطابقات اللازمة ومتابعة أي فروقات في البيانات.

* التنسيق مع الإدارة المالية والإدارات ذات العلاقة لضمان اكتمال ودقة المعلومات.

* المحافظة على سرية البيانات والمعلومات المالية الخاصة بالشركة.


المؤهلات والمتطلبات:


* خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة وإدخال البيانات.

* إجادة استخدام نظام Odoo شرط أساسي.

* مؤهل مناسب في المحاسبة أو المالية أو تخصص ذي صلة.

* معرفة جيدة بالمبادئ والإجراءات المحاسبية.

* إجادة استخدام برامج الحاسب الآلي، ويفضل إجادة Microsoft Excel.

* دقة عالية في إدخال ومراجعة البيانات.

* مهارات جيدة في التنظيم وإدارة الوقت وترتيب الأولويات.

* القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحمل ضغط العمل.

* تُعد الخبرة السابقة في القطاع العقاري ميزة إضافية.
