Medical Representative

Position Summary

We are looking for a Medical Representative who will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the assigned territory. The primary focus of this role is to deliver impactful solutions that support healthcare professionals in improving patient health outcomes. Key Responsibilities

As a Medical Representative, you will:

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals to support their patients’ needs.
• Deliver territory strategies using effective communication and approved resources.
• Conduct scientific discussions and group meetings with healthcare professionals to share insights and knowledge.
• Provide timely feedback on market trends and customer insights to inform business decisions.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, local regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Manage company resources responsibly and optimize their use.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Saudi National.
• A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• A valid SCFHS license as a certified pharmacist in Saudi Arabia.
• Up to 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role engaging with healthcare professionals (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following are an advantage:

• Experience working in multinational pharmaceutical companies.
• Knowledge of sales and distribution processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with software applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Work Environment

• This is a field-based role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• The role involves frequent visits to healthcare facilities within the assigned territory.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

بصفتك مندوب/ة دعاية طبية، ستقوم بـ:

• بناء والحفاظ على علاقات موثوقة مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية لدعم احتياجات مرضاهم.
• تنفيذ استراتيجيات المنطقة باستخدام تواصل فعّال ومواد معتمدة.
• إجراء مناقشات علمية واجتماعات جماعية مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية لمشاركة الرؤى والمعرفة.
• تقديم تغذية راجعة في الوقت المناسب حول اتجاهات السوق ورؤى العملاء لدعم اتخاذ القرارات التجارية.
• ضمان التزام جميع الأنشطة بسياسات الشركة والأنظمة المحلية وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية.
• إدارة موارد الشركة بمسؤولية وتحسين الاستفادة منها.
  
  

المؤهلات الأساسية

لتحقيق النجاح في هذا الدور، ينبغي أن تتوفر لديك:

• الجنسية السعودية.
• درجة بكالوريوس في الصيدلة.
• ترخيص ساري المفعول من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية كصيدلي معتمد في المملكة العربية السعودية.
• ما يصل إلى سنتين من الخبرة في المبيعات أو دور مشابه يتضمن التعامل مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية (تشجع الخريجون الجدد على التقديم).
• مهارات قوية في التواصل وبناء العلاقات.
• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة الوقت بفعالية.
  
  

المؤهلات المفضلة

ليست إلزامية، ولكن يُعد ما يلي ميزة إضافية:

• خبرة في العمل لدى شركات أدوية عالمية متعددة الجنسيات.
• المعرفة بعمليات المبيعات والتوزيع.
• الإلمام بأدوات تحليل البيانات وإعداد التقارير.
• المعرفة بتطبيقات البرامج مثل إكسل وباوربوينت وورد.
• رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.

• هذه وظيفة ميدانية مقرها الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
