- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns against goals and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Finance, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a focus on strategic planning and team management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
- Experience in data analysis and market research.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
