We are now seeking a highly seasoned and visionary leader to establish and head our AI Consulting Services division. This role is pivotal in transforming our strong legacy in UX, CX, and digital transformation into a future-driven AI consulting powerhouse. The Head of AI Consulting will be responsible for defining the AI services portfolio, building a strategic roadmap, developing organizational capabilities, and driving client adoption of cutting-edge AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Help build the company’s marketing foundations, processes, channels, and ways of working.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital,across relevant platforms.
- Research unfamiliar marketing tools, systems, and implementation requirements, then apply what you learn.
- Create campaign briefs, landing page requirements, marketing content, reports, and supporting assets.
- Set up and manage marketing infrastructure such as tracking, product catalogues, campaign structures, CRM workflows, dashboards, and marketing automation.
- Ask the right questions before making decisions or starting execution.
- Clarify the objective, audience, expected outcome, constraints, dependencies, and measurement approach behind each initiative.
- Work with founders, designers, developers, sales teams, agencies, and external partners.
- Identify problems early and recommend practical solutions rather than simply escalating them.
- Test new channels, campaign formats, messages, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor performance, analyze results, and turn findings into clear actions.
- Document successful processes so they can be repeated and scaled.
- Take ownership of tasks from initial problem definition through execution and evaluation.
Requirements
