B. Hazard Identification & Risk Control C. Training & Awareness
- Key ResponsibilitiesA. Site HSE Implementation
- Enforce project HSE plans, procedures, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Ensure daily compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW), LOTO, Working at Height, Lifting Operations, Electrical Safety, and Excavation controls.
- Conduct routine site inspections, safety walks, and audits across all work fronts.
- Monitor high-risk activities:
- Piling and civil works
- Heavy lifting and crane operations
- DC/AC electrical works
- Work at height (trackers, modules, inverters)
- Hot works and confined spaces
- Lead Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Task Risk Assessments (TRA).
- Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions; ensure immediate corrective actions.
- Track and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), observations, and audit findings.
- Participate in design and construction safety reviews.
- Conduct site HSE induction and trade-specific training.
- Deliver toolbox talks, supervisor coaching, and safety campaigns.
- Promote safety culture, worker engagement, and reporting of near misses.
