Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Manpower Supply Coordinator to join our team in Al Khobar. In this role, you will coordinate and manage the supply of skilled and unskilled workers for various projects in the oil and gas industry and the construction sectors.

Qualifications

• With experience in Shutdown and Maintenance Works
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Prefers Iqama is Transferrable
  
  

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the supply of skilled & unskilled manpower for oil & gas industry and in the constructions sectors.
• Manage relationships with clients and subcontractors to ensure timely and effective manpower deployment.
• Organize and oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain accurate records of manpower allocation and project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers to understand manpower needs and fulfill them efficiently.
  
  

Education + Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in manpower supply coordination, preferably in the skilled & unskilled workers for various projects in the oil & gas industry and in the construction sectors in Saudi Arabia and GCC states.
