Accountabilities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and programs across project and operational activities.
- Assist in conducting workplace inspections, safety observations, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Participate in incident reporting, investigations, and the tracking of corrective and preventive actions.
- Support the delivery of HSE inductions, awareness campaigns, toolbox talks, and safety training activities.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with Worley HSE standards, client requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Help maintain HSE records, documentation, reports, and performance metrics in line with company procedures.
- Collaborate with project teams to promote a positive safety culture and encourage safe work practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of HSE principles, risk management, and relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Strong communication, teamwork, analytical, and problem solving skills with a commitment to promoting a safe work environment.
