The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Manager to join our asset management practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management, with a focus on implementing best practices and optimizing asset performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing complex asset portfolios and driving operational excellence.

Role and Requirements:

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the implementation of ISO 55001 standards across asset management processes.
  • Lead Maximo implementation projects to enhance asset tracking and management capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective asset lifecycle management.
  • Monitor and report on asset performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage a team of asset management professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and drive business development work across the region

To do this role effectively, we are looking for people with knowledge and experience in the following areas:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management.
  • Implementing ISO 55001 projects in the power and utilities sector
  • Certification in Asset Management (e.g., ISO 55001 Lead Auditor)
  • Hands-on experience with Maximo or similar asset management software.
  • Previous experience in a consulting role within a Big 4 firm

you’ll also have to:

  • Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in asset management practices.
