Project Manager (Real Estate)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager (Real Estate) to join a prominent organisation on a full-time basis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of high-value real estate development projects, from initial conception and feasibility studies through to final handover. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to significant landmark projects within a dynamic and rapidly expanding market. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of multiple real estate projects, managing every stage of the development process.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, work plans, and financial budgets, tracking progress and reporting on key performance indicators.
Coordinate and manage all project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimise project risks.
Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, industry standards, and health and safety requirements.
Oversee contract negotiations, procurement, and management of third-party vendors and suppliers.
Provide regular and transparent project updates to the leadership team, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the real estate development or construction industry, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and software tools.
Experience working in the Middle East, preferably in Saudi Arabia, with a strong understanding of the local market and regulatory landscape is highly desirable.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
