Job Description
Role Purpose:
To secure, renew, and manage the full spectrum of licensing—covering facilities, medical practitioners, and corporate permits—required for a medical services provider. The role ensures total compliance with Saudi Arabian standards (MOH, CBAHI, CHI, Civil Defence, municipalities, etc.) and utilizes relevant portals to maintain the legal and operational readiness of the organization.
Key Accountabilities:
1-Facility Non-Medical Licensing:
- Manage and renew Commercial Registrations (CR) municipal permits, civil defence licenses, and other licenses. That includes gathering requirements from different internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee government portals requirements and monitor licenses validity and expiry dates.
2-Facility Medical Licensing & Accreditation:
- Execute medical facility licensing and renewals through the Seha (MOH) and CHI portals.
- Lead the administrative preparation for CBAHI accreditation and periodic inspections.
- Ensure the facility’s scope of services aligns with its official MOH medical license.
3-Practitioner Licensing & Credentialing:
- Track the validity of medical licenses for all doctors, nurses, and allied health staff.
- Ensure all practitioners are linked correctly to the facility in government systems.
- Manage timely issuance and renewal for practitioners’ licenses.
4-Legal Review & Contractual Compliance:
- Conduct legal reviews of contracts, and other documents as required.
- Draft formal legal responses to government inquiries or regulatory notices.
5-Stakeholder & Liaison Management:
- Act as the primary representative for several government agencies portals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect documentation for renewals.
- Serve as the focal point for all government inspectors during onsite audits.
6-Reporting & Risk Mitigation:
- Maintain a unified dashboard tracking expiry dates for different licenses categories.
- Monitor changes in Saudi Labor Law, MOH and relevant regulations to advise management on risks.
- Streamline the digital archiving of all licenses for easy internal access.
Skills
- knowledge of medical and non-medical licensing requirements.
- Proficiency in legal document review and drafting formal Arabic correspondence.
- Expert navigation of all Saudi 'E-Government' portals.
- Bilingual speaker (Fluent Arabic and English).
- Managing relations with government agencies which might require conducting visits as required.
- Strong analytical skills to track complex renewal cycles across multiple locations and healthcare practitioners.
Education
Bachelor's degree in law, Business Administration or any related field
