We are looking for an experienced and results-driven **Digital Marketing Supervisor** to join our team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth.

This role requires a hands-on professional with strong analytical and leadership capabilities who can manage multiple digital channels, oversee campaign performance, and drive measurable business results.

## Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement the company's digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

* Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

* Manage media planning, campaign budgets, and ROI optimization.

* Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, KPIs, conversion metrics, and business outcomes.

* Manage and optimize the company website, ensuring excellent user experience, SEO performance, and conversion optimization.

* Develop and manage digital content calendars and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.

* Drive lead generation initiatives and support customer acquisition strategies.

* Enhance customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

* Supervise digital marketing projects and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

* Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring effective execution and continuous development.

* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, AI tools, and digital marketing best practices.

* Utilize AI tools to improve campaign performance, content creation, and operational efficiency.

## Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

* Minimum of **5 years of proven experience** in digital marketing and campaign management.

* Professional certifications in Digital Marketing are highly preferred (Google Digital Marketing, Meta Marketing, HubSpot, etc.).

* Proven track record of managing digital campaigns and delivering measurable ROI and business growth.

* Proficiency in:

 * Google Ads

 * Meta Ads Manager

 * LinkedIn Ads

 * Google Analytics

 * Google Tag Manager

 * Marketing Automation Tools

* Experience in SEO, SEM, lead generation, and conversion optimization.

* Experience in website management (CMS) and digital performance improvement.

* Experience using AI tools to optimize campaigns, improve productivity, and create digital content.

* Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

* Ability to lead and mentor team members and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Previous experience supervising or leading a digital marketing team is preferred.

* Experience in the building materials, construction, retail, or home improvement sectors is highly preferred.
