Legal Affairs Manager

A large group in Jeddah is hiring In-House Legal Counsel to report directly to the Group CEO, based on-site at their facility in Jeddah's First Industrial City.

Role: Own all legal affairs for the group — liaise with external law firms on litigation/arbitration, advise the CEO on transactions and joint ventures, draft/negotiate commercial contracts (supply chain, procurement, distribution, real estate), ensure compliance with Saudi corporate, labor, environmental and industrial regulations, build out governance policies, and manage disputes, labor issues, and legal risk across factory and logistics operations.

Requirements:

• LL.B. required (LL.M. or specialization in corporate law/arbitration/compliance a plus)
• 10 plus years PQE, ideally top-tier firm training plus in-house/manufacturing experience
• Fluent English and Arabic (written and spoken)
• Must live in or be able to commute daily to Jeddah's First Industrial City
