Assistant Manager, Projects

supports the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of real estate development projects across the organization's portfolio. The role coordinates consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and governance requirements. It also contributes to project reporting, risk management, procurement support, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance and operational efficiency.

• Support project execution in line with approved plans and schedules.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, and handover activities.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate project meetings and follow up on action items.
• Support consultant and contractor performance management.
• Assist with tender evaluations, contract administration, and technical reviews.

• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Monitor project KPIs, budgets, and risks.
• Identify issues and recommend mitigation actions.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Liaise with internal departments to support project delivery.
• Facilitate regulatory approvals and permit coordination.
• Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.

• Prepare project status reports and dashboards.
• Report on project performance, risks, and issues.
• Escalate critical matters with recommendations.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Ensure project information is current and properly filed.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and contracts.
• Monitor quality, HSE, and risk management requirements.
• Support project governance and compliance activities.

• Recommend improvements to project management processes and tools.
• Support implementation of best practices and lessons learned.
• Contribute to efficiency and digital transformation initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
• Certification in Project Controls (advantageous).
• Certification in Contract Management (advantageous).

• 6–8 years of project management experience within real estate development or construction.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Knowledge of the full real estate development lifecycle, from design through project handover.
• Experience in mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, or residential developments is preferred.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian regulatory requirements and project permitting processes is advantageous.
