Job Description

Job Purpose:

Manage the company’s lease portfolio, ensuring timely renewals, amendments, and terminations while maintaining landlord relationships and supporting contractual, financial, and governance compliance.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage the high recurring workload of primary lease renewals, amendments, and contractual terminations.
• Coordinate all internal department requests that require landlord approvals, such as signage, utility modifications, and permits.
• Maintain the centralized archive of all property-related legal documents, records, and communication history.
• Manage and resolve landlords' complaints to ensure healthy relationship and well company representation.
• Ensure that all lease-related financial obligations, including rent and service charges, are handled accurately and on time.
• Conduct day-to-day coordination with landlords during the store development phase to resolve construction or utility issues.
• Follow up on internal governance processes, including the preparation of internal memos and official approval requests.
  
  

Skills Description

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field.

Strong knowledge of lease and contract management.

Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and lease management systems.

Experience:

3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Leasing, Lease Administration, Property Management, or Contract Management.

Experience managing commercial leases, landlord relations, renewals, amendments, and terminations.

Retail Or Multi-site Property Experience Is Preferred.

Experience coordinating with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Project teams.
