Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Learning & Knowledge Transfer Manager to join our project team in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This is a project-based role responsible for developing, implementing, and managing learning, capability development, and knowledge transfer initiatives that support successful project delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with project leadership, subject matter experts, clients, and stakeholders to ensure knowledge is effectively captured, transferred, and embedded throughout the project lifecycle.
This role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery, ensuring sustainable capability development, effective knowledge management, and continuous learning across the project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the project’s Learning & Knowledge Transfer strategy aligned with project objectives and delivery requirements.
- Design and facilitate learning programs, workshops, onboarding sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities for project teams.
- Develop knowledge transfer plans, capture lessons learned, and promote best practices across the project.
- Collaborate with project leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure effective knowledge sharing and capability development.
- Create and maintain learning materials, knowledge repositories, guides, and digital learning resources.
- Monitor learning effectiveness, track outcomes, and support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Knowledge Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Knowledge Management, Organizational Development, or Knowledge Transfer roles.
- Proven experience developing and delivering learning programs, knowledge transfer frameworks, and capability-building initiatives.
- Experience supporting large-scale engineering, construction, infrastructure, or consulting projects is highly desirable.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Experience with instructional design, digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and measuring learning effectiveness is advantageous.
