The KPI's Specialist at Aofgroup is responsible for developing, monitoring, and analyzing key performance indicators across various departments to drive data-informed decision-making and improve organizational performance. This role involves collaborating with management and teams to identify relevant KPIs, track progress, and provide actionable insights to support strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive KPI framework aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data from multiple sources.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with department heads to set achievable targets and monitor progress.
  • Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analysis, or related field.
  • Proven experience in KPI development, data analysis, or performance management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of business processes and performance measurement frameworks is an advantage.
