We are seeking a Key Account Manager- Mass Transfer to join our Middle East Commercial Team, focused on building and strengthening partnerships with key petrochemical customers in Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for driving profitable growth for Koch Glitsch mass transfer solutions by developing deep customer relationships, executing effective commercial strategies, and delivering results that align with our business vision and values. Success in this role will be measured by achieving sales, margin, and strategic growth targets within the assigned customer portfolio.

What You Will Do
- Full commercial ownership of assigned Saudi petrochemical key accounts, ensuring alignment with company vision and strategic objectives.
- Develop, implement, and monitor commercial plans to achieve agreed sales and profitability targets.
- Lead accurate sales forecasting and demand planning for assigned customers and regions.
- Contribute to budgeting, performance analysis, and corrective action planning to ensure continuous improvement.
- Build sustainable, long-term partnerships that create mutual value for both customers and the organization.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Leader, the Key Account Manager will:
- Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned Saudi petrochemical customers, managing day-to-day relationships.
- Track and analyze sales performance, identifying risks and opportunities through regular KPI reviews.
- Prepare and align sales forecasts with supply chain and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and execute promotional and commercial initiatives in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
- Support the negotiation of commercial agreements, balancing profitability with customer needs and brand positioning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs within the Saudi petrochemical sector.
- Background in mechanical or chemical engineering, additional degree in Business or Economics is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in Sales or Key Account Management, ideally within complex or international B2B environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Salesforce is advantageous.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on delivering results and creating value.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics; experience in petrochemicals or industrial sectors is a plus.
- Proactive, accountable, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Skilled at influencing, problem-solving, and managing complexity.
