Essential Criteria
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to take direction
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer and mathematical skills
- Proven good attendance record
- Take initiative to accomplish or exceed company goals relative to safety, quality and productivity
- Participate as an active team member by willingly responding to the need to maintain efficient work flow as directed
- Read production documents and drawings to perform assembly tasks per established processes.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, electronic testing equipment, jigs, and fixtures to produce product per specifications
- Identify inferior parts/processes and notify Coordinator, Lead or Quality
- Keep workstations and area clean and organized
- Performs packing tasks such as placing finished assemblies into boxes and securing the material in the boxes with the appropriate packing materials
- Other duties as assigned
- Some overtime may be required.
