Reporting to Regional Key Account Manager-ME, your goel is to get Zennio specified and approved as vendor for Home Automation, GEMS and LCS with the below stake holders: Real Estate Developers Government/Semi Government Entities, Local Hotel Operators and MEP Consultants & ID.

You will be responsible for:

  • Build a strong relationship with all the above stake holders to generate the leads and build the pipeline to support the Sales team to be aligned with Local Sales team to ensure to collaborate together to support them with the approval from the stake holders

  • Manage the existing key accounts and support them with all their needs

  • Regular report & review with the Regional Sales Director, Sales Manager apart from the Regional Key Account Manger to get aligned and to align on the strategies

Prerequisites:

  • Educational Background: A university degree with at least 2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing or technical sales role.

  • Industry Experience: Prior exposure to the building material sector is a strong advantage.

  • Proven Track Record: You’ve handled key accounts, worked with senior stakeholders, and delivered measurable results.

  • Excellent Communicator: Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must—you’ll be presenting to industry experts and senior executives.

  • Autonomy and Drive: You’re a self-starter who takes initiative, works independently in the field, and thrives under minimal supervision.

  • CRM Fluency: You’re comfortable managing your workflow and reporting through CRM systems

  • A high level of Spanish is a plus.
