Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Country Head KSA to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

We’re looking for a commercially driven, strategic leader to take on the role of Country Head KSA. This is a high-impact position combining franchise operations, business development, and commercial performance leadership, working closely with owners, partners, and internal teams to drive sustainable growth and elevate brand presence across the Kingdom.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning and strengthening relationships with hotel owners, franchise partners, and management teams across Saudi Arabia.
  • Driving hotel performance through data-led analysis, structured action planning, and regular business reviews.
  • Conducting on-site visits, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring delivery of agreed plans.
  • Supporting new hotel openings, ensuring successful launches aligned with brand standards.
  • Overseeing brand compliance, quality assurance, and guest experience delivery.
  • Delivering training and supporting adoption of brand tools, systems, and initiatives.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators including guest satisfaction, revenue performance, and compliance metrics.
  • Expanding the brand’s presence in Saudi Arabia by identifying and securing new franchise and management opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective owners and partners.
  • Evaluating new projects in line with regional strategy, including feasibility assessments and due diligence.
  • Supporting development approvals and ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Partnering with regional commercial teams to drive revenue growth and brand contribution.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve RevPAR and strengthen market positioning.
  • Collaborating with sales and revenue teams to deliver targeted commercial strategies.
  • Supporting financial performance through forecasting and budget alignment.
  • Representing Wyndham Hotels & Resorts as a senior ambassador in the Saudi market.
  • Building influence with key stakeholders and representing the business at industry events.
  • Championing company values, including sustainability and community engagement.

  • Strong experience in hotel operations, commercial leadership, or franchising within the hospitality sector.
  • Proven track record in senior leadership roles within an international environment.
  • Experience with P&L ownership, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Highly developed analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Extensive experience in leadership, stakeholder management, and team development.

Your background

  • The candidate would ideally be a graduate with a Hospitality degree, or have equivalent demonstrable professional experience
  • Experience from within a similar role or a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a General Manager of a +110-bedroom economy or mid-segment hotel from within a international hotel brand.
  • Expertise in franchising or hotel management and an in depth understanding of the hospitality sector are essential.
  • Significant operations experience and commercial understanding.
  • Significant experience of planning and development of business procedures and processes, budgeting and regular forecasting, in particular with a multiple territory focus is required.
  • Experience with direct P&L responsibility for revenues and GOP / EBITDA
  • Previous experience of multiple brands in a multi-unit or regional role if preferred but not required.
  • Extensive senior leadership and people management experience
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Proficiency in Opera Cloud and Revenue Management system

Proficiency with Synexis is preferred but not required
