As an IT/OT Partner at Siemens Energy, you will be at the forefront of establishing the IT and Operational Technology infrastructure for our new factory in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role is tailored for candidates with a strong background in IT infrastructure and systems administration, who are eager to engage in meaningful projects that directly contribute to the successful launch of our Transformers Asia business unit. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that technology solutions align with our mission of delivering innovative energy solutions while fostering a culture of teamwork, support, and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that technology solutions align with our mission of delivering innovative energy solutions while fostering a culture of teamwork, support, and continuous improvement.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Collaborate with project teams to define and implement IT/OT requirements for the new factory.
- Install and manage network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Deploy and administer servers and operating systems to support factory operations.
- Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
- Implement network security measures to protect the IT/OT environment.
- Ensure compliance with corporate security policies and conduct regular system monitoring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT roles, including systems administration and network management.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support in industrial settings.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking hardware, and operating systems.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+.
- Strong analytical skills and a commitment to security and compliance best practices.
