The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth through proactive phone-based engagement with customers. This role focuses on managing a defined portfolio, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs. The position requires consultative selling skills, effective time and territory management, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.

- Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, conduct outbound sales calls to generate revenue.
- Educate customers on Hilti products, services, and aftercare, emphasizing cost-efficient solutions.
- Develop strong customer relationships and present Hilti’s value proposition.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- Proven phone-based sales experience; field sales experience advantageous.
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English; Arabic
- Proactive, goal-oriented, resilient, and able to work under pressure.
