Job Description

Job Summary

The HR Specialist is responsible for managing employee documentation and government-related processes, with a primary focus on Iqama administration, visa processing, and compliance with labor and immigration regulations. The role ensures timely processing of employee requests and maintains accurate records while supporting overall HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage employee Iqama issuance, renewal, transfer, and cancellation.
  • Coordinate work visa applications, renewals, exit/re-entry visas, and final exit procedures.
  • Handle HR tickets and employee requests related to visas, Iqama, and other administrative matters.
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities and online portals to complete immigration and labor transactions.
  • Monitor document expiry dates and ensure timely renewals to maintain compliance.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and confidential HR documentation.
  • Assist employees with inquiries regarding visa status, residency permits, and related procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, immigration regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare reports on visa and Iqama status, pending requests, and compliance deadlines.
  • Support other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in HR operations, government relations, or immigration processes is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Iqama, visa, and labor procedures in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
