Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven HR Data Analysis Specialist to manage HR KPIs, analyze workforce data, and ensure effective follow-up on HR projects and initiatives. This role plays a key part in improving HR performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring timely execution of HR plans.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and confident in communicating insights derived from data.
Responsibilities:
HR Data Analysis
- Develop, track, and maintain HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards
- Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment, absenteeism, performance, and engagement
- Prepare periodic HR performance reports and present insights to reporting manager
- Identify trends and recommend data-backed improvements to HR processes
Project Follow-Up & Coordination
- Track progress of HR projects and initiatives against timelines and objectives
- Coordinate with HR team members to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
- Maintain project tracking tools and status reports
- Highlight risks, delays, and dependencies, and propose corrective actions to reporting manager
Reporting & Systems
- Maintain accurate HR data and ensure data integrity across systems
- Use Excel and Power BI to create dashboards, reports, and performance summaries
- Support automation and improvement of HR reporting processes
Communication & Collaboration
- Communicate findings clearly to reporting manager
- Support cross-functional HR initiatives through structured follow-up and documentation
- Assist in preparing presentations and summaries for management meetings
Requirements:
- Data-Driven Mindset – Strong analytical ability with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Communication Skills – Ability to present data clearly in both written and verbal formats
- Time Management – Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Project Tracking – Experience following up on tasks, timelines, and deliverables
- English Proficiency – Strong command of written and spoken English
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in HR, HR analytics, HR performance, or HR operations
