Job Description

Job Responsibility-

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
  • Manage reservations and seat guests accordingly
  • Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials
  • Take guests' coats and belongings and store them securely
  • Monitor the flow of the dining area and coordinate with the waiting staff
  • Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries and reservations
  • Handle guest complaints and requests in a professional manner

Candidate Requirements-

  • Proven experience as a Hostess or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Customer-focused mentality and a friendly demeanor
  • Knowledge of restaurant procedures and etiquette
