Head of Kindergarten

We are currently looking for Head of Kindergarten who will lead the KG section in alignment with the school's vision and strategic goals, collaborative, and child-centered learning environment. The role is responsible for promoting high-quality teaching and learning practices, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all students. The successful candidate will champion student wellbeing, positive behavior, and social-emotional development while ensuring that safeguarding and child protection policies are consistently implemented. In addition, the Head of Kindergarten will provide guidance and support to teachers in effectively managing student behavior and meeting the diverse needs of young learners.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Valid teaching qualification/license.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, including leadership experience in an Early Years or Kindergarten setting.
• Experience with international curricula is preferred.
