Brand Marketing Specialist

Job Purpose:
Supporting the execution of brand activities through coordinating campaigns, preparing content, overseeing designs, and ensuring the application of brand identity across all channels. This role contributes to presenting Barnes’ identity in a cohesive and engaging way in the market and among customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executing marketing campaigns in accordance with the management-approved plan.
2. Coordinating marketing content with the design and production teams.
3. Preparing and updating brand materials (texts, images, videos).
4. Coordinating with digital and field marketing teams to unify visual and verbal messaging.
5. Reviewing creative designs and ensuring their alignment with the brand identity guidelines.
6. Contributing to the development of seasonal and national campaign content.
7. Collecting campaign performance data and submitting it to the brand team.
8. Supporting the execution of cultural and community initiatives in line with brand direction.
9. Maintaining and organizing brand archives and approved materials.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or an equivalent field.
Required Experiences:
1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in branding or campaigns, especially within a food & beverage or retail environment.
