Group Procurement Director (Industrial Group )

• Client: Leading, large industrial group (FMCG Manufacturing: Food & Non-Food).
• Role: Group Procurement Director (Executive level).
• Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (On-site, 6 days a week).
• Hiring Scope: Open only to candidates currently residing within Saudi Arabia who can join immediately or within 30 days.

• Strategic Sourcing: Develop long-term procurement strategies for raw materials, packaging, and indirect spend across multiple business units.
• Supplier & Risk Management: Manage international/local supplier relationships to ensure supply chain resilience, competitive pricing, and strict food safety compliance.
• Cost Optimization: Lead cost-containment and value-engineering initiatives to drive measurable savings.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with QA, manufacturing, logistics, and finance to optimize inventory, forecasting, and working capital.
• Leadership: Mentor and lead a centralized procurement team using strict KPI metrics.
• Governance & Negotiation: Spearhead high-stakes contract negotiations in compliance with KSA laws.
• Digitalization: Drive the adoption of advanced ERP modules and e-sourcing tools.

CriterionRequirementEducationBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.Experience15+ years of progressive procurement experience, heavily focused on F&B and FMCG manufacturing.Market KnowledgeDeep familiarity with KSA market dynamics, regulations, and local suppliers.LanguagesFluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
