Graphic Designer – Events & Exhibitions

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience or strong interest in the Events, Exhibitions, Conferences, and Activations industry.

The role is responsible for developing creative visual concepts and translating brand identities into impactful designs across event environments, printed materials, digital screens, and various event touchpoints.

The designer will work closely with the Creative, 3D, Concept, Business Development, and Operations teams to ensure that all visual elements are creative, consistent, technically accurate, and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative visual concepts for events, exhibitions, conferences, summits, corporate events, and brand activations.
• Create and adapt event visual identities and key visuals across different applications.
• Design event materials including:

1.    Stage and screen graphics
2.    Backdrops and branding walls
3.    Booth and exhibition graphics
4.    Wayfinding and signage
5.    Registration and welcome areas
6.    Photo opportunities and interactive zones
7.    Invitations, badges, lanyards, and event collateral
8.    Digital screen content and social media assets
9.    Gifts, packaging, and branded merchandise

• Work closely with 3D Designers to apply graphics and branding accurately within event environments and spatial designs.
• Prepare creative layouts, moodboards, mockups, and presentation materials for client proposals and pitches.
• Adapt approved concepts across multiple sizes, formats, and event touchpoints while maintaining brand consistency.
• Prepare final artwork and production-ready files according to printing, fabrication, and installation requirements.
• Review dimensions, materials, resolution, color profiles, and technical specifications before production.
• Coordinate with the Creative and Operations teams to ensure designs are practical and executable within project timelines.
• Implement client feedback while maintaining the overall quality and integrity of the creative concept.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work according to assigned deadlines.
• Maintain organized project files, source files, fonts, links, and final artwork.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience; experience in events, exhibitions, agencies, or experiential design is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in:

1.    Adobe Illustrator
2.    Adobe Photoshop
3.    Adobe InDesign

• Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Good understanding of large-format printing and production requirements.
• Ability to understand dimensions and translate 2D graphics into physical event environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with 3D Designers, Concept Developers, Operations, and Project Management teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, event graphics, campaigns, or environmental graphic design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Saudi events, exhibitions, government projects, and corporate events.
• Experience developing presentation decks and creative proposals.
• Understanding of event production materials and fabrication methods.
• Basic understanding of 3D environments and spatial design.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or Adobe After Effects is an advantage.
• Ability to use AI creative tools for ideation, visual exploration, and concept development is an advantage.
