About the Role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our Training & Development team and contribute to the design of visual, training, presentation, and digital materials while ensuring alignment with the organization’s visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs aligned with the organization’s brand identity.
• Design presentations, training materials, and communication materials.
• Create engaging graphics, illustrations, layouts, and visual assets.
• Ensure visual brand consistency across different materials and platforms.
• Prepare designs for digital and print production.
• Edit and enhance images and visual content as required.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and make revisions efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong Portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Canva or other digital design tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
