Graduate Engineer Program – Mechanical, Electrical & Civil (Saudi Nationals)
Location: Riyadh or Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Hatch, in partnership with Ma’aden, is seeking motivated Saudi National engineering graduates to join our growing team supporting major mining and infrastructure projects across the Kingdom. Graduate Engineer Program – Mechanical, Electrical & Civil (Saudi Nationals)

Key Responsibilities
- Support engineering design, analysis, and project execution within your discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil)
- Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports
- Participate in multidisciplinary project teams across mining, metals, and infrastructure projects
- Contribute to site activities, inspections, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with project standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines
- Utilize engineering tools and software relevant to your discipline (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, Excel, design platforms)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across teams
- Mechanical Engineering (static and rotating equipment, piping, HVAC)
- Electrical Engineering (power systems, distribution, protection, instrumentation)
- Civil Engineering (structural, geotechnical, site development)
- Saudi National (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong academic performance and foundational engineering knowledge
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a must.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative, multicultural environment
