Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end order processing from receipt to fulfillment
  • Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Sourcing teams
  • Ensure timely order booking in ERP systems
  • Track order status and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Handle order amendments, cancellations, and escalations
  • Monitor pending orders and ensure timely invoicing and delivery
  • Maintain proper documentation and audit compliance
  • Support AR follow-ups by ensuring correct documentation and billing

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of order management and supply chain processes
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders
  • Problem-solving and ability to handle escalations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proven experience in professional email and telephonic customer communication
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to coordinate and support internal teams, track project progress, and follow up on action items
  • Skilled in preparing reports, presentations, and operational documentation
  • Comfortable attending management events, exhibitions, and customer meetings
  • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia for official duties
  • Professional attitude with strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities

Experience Required:

  • More than 5 years in order handling / operations / supply chain roles
