Job Description
WSP Middle East is seeking a Saudi National Graduate Engineer to join our Building Technology Systems (BTS) team in Riyadh. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate to develop a strong foundation in the design, coordination, and delivery of integrated building technology systems across major projects in Saudi Arabia.
You will work under the guidance of experienced consultants and gain exposure to multidisciplinary projects involving smart buildings, digital infrastructure, and low‑voltage systems.
Responsibilities
WSP Middle East is seeking a Saudi National Graduate Engineer to join our Building Technology Systems (BTS) team in Riyadh. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate to develop a strong foundation in the design, coordination, and delivery of integrated building technology systems across major projects in Saudi Arabia.
You will work under the guidance of experienced consultants and gain exposure to multidisciplinary projects involving smart buildings, digital infrastructure, and low‑voltage systems.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and coordination of Building Technology Systems, including:
- ICT & structured cabling
- Security systems (CCTV, Access Control)
- Audio‑Visual systems
- Building automation and smart building technologies
- Assist in preparing technical deliverables such as drawings, specifications, reports, and schedules
- Coordinate with internal disciplines (MEP, Architecture, BIM) and external stakeholders
- Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and site visits as required
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities
- Ensure work complies with WSP quality standards, local authority requirements, and project specifications
- Actively engage in training, mentoring, and professional development programmes
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Building Services, Mechatronics, or a related discipline
- Fresh graduate or up to 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Strong interest in building technology, smart systems, and digital infrastructure
- Basic knowledge of low‑voltage systems and building services is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD/Revit is a plus
