General Manager (Water, Juice , Beverage)

A leading, medium-sized beverage manufacturing company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned, strategic General Manager. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, this role is fully responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations, driving organizational transformation, and accelerating market growth within the competitive KSA beverage sector.

The General Manager will handle complete operational oversight across seven main areas:

• Financial & Strategic Leadership: Full P&L accountability, budget management, and executing long-term growth and market expansion strategies.
• Change Management: Leading organizational restructuring, modernizing manufacturing processes, and driving a high-performance corporate culture.
• Commercial Growth: Overseeing sales, marketing, and distribution networks to increase market share across KSA.
• Operations & Supply Chain: Directing manufacturing, quality assurance, and logistics to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance.
• Team & Stakeholder Management: Mentoring department heads (managing a 6-day workweek schedule) and providing comprehensive performance reports to the Group CEO.

Candidates must meet the following strict parameters to be eligible:

• Experience: Minimum of 20 years of progressive professional experience, including explicit management exposure within the KSA market.
• Industry Expertise: Direct experience within the Juice, Water, Dairy, or closely related beverage manufacturing industries.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Languages: Native or professional fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Location & Availability: Open only to candidates currently based inside Saudi Arabia, with a preferred availability to join within 30 days.
