Fleet Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Fleet Operations Coordinator to manage and optimize fleet operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring vehicle performance, analyzing fleet data, ensuring efficient utilization of fleet assets, and supporting transportation operations through reporting and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage diesel issuance, fuel monitoring, and fuel consumption analysis.
• Monitor GPS systems, truck movements, and fleet utilization.
• Coordinate truck allocation, availability, and replacement activities.
• Open and follow up workshop work orders until vehicle release.
• Prepare fleet availability, utilization, and operational performance reports.
• Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance to minimize fleet downtime.
• Maintain fleet operational records and support KPI monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Diploma degree in Logistics & supply chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience managing or coordinating large transportation fleet operations.

• Experience using ERP systems.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or other business intelligence tools.

• Experience in fleet utilization and operational performance analysis.

• Knowledge of transportation and fleet management KPIs.

• Understanding of vehicle maintenance coordination and workshop processes.

Skills Description

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using GPS fleet tracking systems.
• Experience using fuel management platforms.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
