Job Description:
As a Shift Electrician Technician, you will be responsible for the electrical maintenance and operational support of our packing lines, which handle a variety of products. The Shift Electrician will act as a System Owner or Equipment Owner for their designated area, actively participating in a team environment to achieve production goals ensuring the quality of our products, and contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on a wide range of packing equipment, including conveyors, labeling machines, packaging machines, and robotic systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues related to Rockwell Automation PLCs, including programming and troubleshooting.
- Work with Allen-Bradley (AB) Frequency Inverters, including setup, troubleshooting, and replacement.
- Identify and replace faulty electrical panel components, demonstrating the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
- Troubleshoot and maintain pneumatic circuits as they relate to packing equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to optimize production processes and minimize downtime.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Saudi National
- Diploma or Bachelor
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
- Display strong technical, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Arabic or/and English language
