Fire Safety Engineering Lead

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Fire Safety Engineering Lead to oversee fire safety engineering projects and lead a team of engineers in delivering high-quality fire protection solutions. This leadership role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the design, implementation, and maintenance of fire safety systems comply with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

The Fire Safety Engineering Lead will be responsible for managing large-scale projects, mentoring junior engineers, and liaising with clients to provide expert fire safety advice and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage fire safety engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and review fire safety designs, including fire detection, alarm, suppression, and evacuation systems.
• Ensure compliance with local and international fire codes, standards, and regulations.
• Mentor and supervise a team of fire safety engineers and technical staff.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate fire safety measures into overall project designs.
• Conduct fire risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, standards, and technologies in fire safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in fire safety engineering, with proven leadership in managing teams and projects.
• Extensive knowledge of fire safety codes, standards, and regulations, including NFPA, IFE, and local Saudi Arabian standards.
• Strong project management skills and ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional certifications such as IFE, CFPS, or equivalent highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment and deliver high-quality outcomes.
