With 129 carefully curated rooms, the property brings together comfort, design, and effortless living, anchored by a vibrant signature restaurant that acts as both a social hub and a culinary destination.

On Saudi Arabia’s western shore, Jeddah stands as one of the Kingdom’s most dynamic cities — a place where seaside living, culture, and modern life intersect.

From the lively Jeddah Corniche to the historic streets of Al-Balad, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the city offers a unique blend of heritage and contemporary experiences.

Jeddah is served by King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED), located approximately 20 km from the city center, ensuring strong connectivity both regionally and internationally.

ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

  • Prepare monthly financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses in line with corporate and ownership requirements.

  • Manage cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, payroll coordination, and treasury controls.

  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

  • Implement and monitor internal controls, audit processes, and financial policies to safeguard assets.

  • Work closely with department heads to support cost control, budgeting, and operational efficiency.

  • Oversee procurement processes, supplier contracts, and invoice approvals.

  • Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and corporate finance teams.

  • Support pre-opening or seasonal ramp-up activities including system setup and financial procedures.

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to hotel management to support decision-making.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • 5–8 years of finance experience in hospitality, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

  • Strong knowledge of hotel accounting, financial reporting, and cost control.

  • Experience working with PMS, POS, and accounting systems.

  • Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

  • Ability to work closely with operational teams in a hands-on hotel environment.

  • Experience in pre-opening or seasonal hotels is an advantage.

  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
