About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Participate in a structured internship program, including onboarding, team introductions, and function orientation
- Work on a defined project aligned with business priorities, with support from your manager and mentor
- Contribute to project tasks such as gathering information, analyzing data, and supporting process improvements
- Meet regularly with your manager to review progress and receive feedback
- Take part in training sessions, team activities, and development opportunities throughout the program
- Collaborate with team members and build relationships across the business
- Present your project outcomes at the end of the internship as part of the final evaluation
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program (Finance or related field preferred)
- Strong interest in learning and gaining practical experience in a global business environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work with others
- Basic organizational skills and ability to manage tasks with guidance
- Comfortable using standard tools such as Excel and PowerPoint (basic level)
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
