Field Service Engineer (Freelance/Consultant)

We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to support our operations on a freelance basis.

This role is ideal for a self-employed professional with strong technical expertise and flexibility to work on-site with customers.

Main Responsabilities

• Plan, inspect and execute preventive maintenance programs (PMP) for our state-of-the-art filling equipment with the aim of keeping high levels of production efficiency.
• Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, kit installations etc of filling machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Maintain, verify and monitor the filling equipment’s, spare part stocks, and personal assigned equipment (computer, tools, working clothes...) in optimal conditions.
• Reporting: Prepare spare parts warranty reports following company procedures and technical reports.
• Support claims efficiency trials and audits.
• Basic Technical support for operators and other customer personnel, including production support.
• Inform about strategic relevant issues, customer requests, and any other deviation over standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Educational background in Electromechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• At least 5 years’ experience in food industry performing similar tasks.
• A fluent level of English and Turkish is required.
• General PC user of Microsoft Office.
