How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Support the project management team by providing comprehensive order management services, including quoting, processing, and fulfillment.
- Ensure timely release of orders while adhering to established standards and policies.
- Monitor and resolve order issues and processing errors to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to support order entry, dispatch, and payment processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to order management activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in order management or customer service roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in order management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement.
